The Sharma family opened Restaurant Mother India in 1997. Since its inception, Mother India has represented Indian cuisine with a focus on spices and ingredients of the highest quality, and part of the secret behind our dishes lies precisely here. We have specialized in North Indian cuisine. This is considered the most sophisticated cuisine in India. The most important element in Indian cuisine is the spice. This is one of the reasons why we at Mother India select the finest spices and grind our own fresh spice mixes (masalas). This gives our dishes a unique taste, which you won't get at other Indian restaurants. All our dishes are prepared from scratch.
