About Østnorsk Filmsenter (ØNF / Eastern Norwegian Film Center, ENF) Østnorsk Filmsenter (ØNF), or the Eastern Norwegian Film Center (ENF), is a regional funding body supporting the development and production of film and games in Eastern Norway. We are financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture and Equality (Kultur- og likestillingsdepartementet, KUD) and the Norwegian Film Institute (Norsk Filminstitutt). ENF is a member of FilmReg, the national network that brings together all regional film centers and funds across Norway. Our organization is owned by: Innlandet Fylkeskommune (Regional County of Innlandet) Gausdal Kommune Lillehammer Kommune Øyer Kommune We are based at Filmbanken, located at: Stortorget 1, 2609 Lillehammer, Norway.
